Booking Conditions

In this section of Mugafort.com (hereinafter, the Platform), you will find the conditions that must be accepted in order to make reservations for activities, services, or events.

The Platform acts exclusively as a booking management tool, facilitating the contracting process between the user and the organizer.

Mugafort.com does not organize events or directly provide the services, acting solely as a technological intermediary.
Responsibility for the proper execution of the service lies solely and exclusively with the Organizer.

If you do not agree with these conditions, we recommend that you do not continue with the booking process.

1. Basic Aspects of the Platform

Use of the Platform implies acceptance of these conditions, which govern the relationship between:

• The user or customer (hereinafter, the “Customer”)
• The organizer (hereinafter, the “Organizer”)
• The Mugafort.com Platform, acting as a technical intermediary

The Customer declares that they:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Have read and accepted these conditions

2. How the Platform Works

Mugafort.com allows reservations to be managed in a centralized and simple manner.

It is important to note that:

• The Platform does not establish prices, conditions, or availability
• The Platform is not responsible for the final provision of the service
• Any issue must be handled directly with the Organizer

3. Booking Process

1. Select the service or activity
2. Enter the requested information
3. Accept the conditions
4. Complete the payment process if applicable

Booking Confirmation

Once the booking has been completed:

• You will receive a confirmation email
• This email will include a booking reference number

This reference number will be required for any management related to the booking.

4. Service Provision Conditions

• The provision of the service is the sole responsibility of the Organizer
• Access to or use of the service may be subject to specific conditions established by the Organizer
• The Organizer reserves the right of admission and the right to modify conditions for justified reasons

5. Modification or Cancellation

A service or activity shall be considered modified or cancelled when communicated as such by the Organizer.

In such case:

• Responsibility for management lies with the Organizer
• Refund or rescheduling conditions shall be those established by the Organizer

6. Refund Policy

Refunds, changes, or claims must be managed directly with the Organizer, in accordance with their specific conditions.

Mugafort.com assumes no responsibility for:

• Cancellations
• Changes
• Service failures or breaches

7. Data Sharing

In order to properly manage the booking, the Customer agrees that their data may be shared with:

• The Organizer
• Companies or entities directly related to the provision of the booked service

Such data sharing is strictly limited to the purpose of managing, executing, and monitoring the booking.
